I have this connecting an Oppo DVD player to a Panasonic Plasma TV and it is sending a high quality signal so far. I haven’t had any problems. It looks and feels heavy duty. A better deal than name brand and/or store bought HDMI cables, too.

I have purchased 5 of these HDMI cables. They are great quality for the price. I have unplugged these and plugged them back in multiple times without having any problems like some of the other reviewers. They provide a great picture and audio quality. These compare with the more expensive cables at almost 50-70% less cost.

The connector on the cable broke the first day. I inserted it on my 42 plamsa TV to test the connection before I hung the TV. When I removed the cable I noticed the brass connector was stilll in my TV. I am returning it for a refund.
1 Star Just like disappointed…BUT WORSE
Well, just like disappointed, my brass connector also broke. This is worse, BECAUSE IT WAS ALREADY IN MY WALL!!! I now have to pay to have a new cable put in the wall.

The HDMI cable works excellent, i connected mi DVD HDMI with another cable and the image stoped many times, with this HDMI cable the problem is now fixed… Excellent quality

1 Star i cant believe it broke on me!
hi everyone, i have to post a bad review. the cables look GREAT…they look strong and quality. BUT! after i took them off a couple times to move them from my ps3 to my dvd player to another room, the fricken gold clip part of the hdmi connector broke off. its only been like a month! i swear im a real buyer. if you buy these cables and arent going to need to move them around i suppose their find. but the build quality is totally made in China! well be warned you get what you pay for.

The product arrived on schedule and performed well. I certainly would recommend this product as cost effective
4 Stars Great but not for LCD
This product is a great tool. This HDMI will bring out the truest black in a HDTV. The only problem I have is that I have an LCD and it doesn’t have true black. So when you have a movie in the screen will be darker than usual. Overall 4/5 for LCD, and 5/5 for Plasma (probably).

I ordered the Cables Unlimited 10 meter 1.3 HDMI cable and received a Cables Unlimited PowerStrip extender (1 male plug two female extenders)instead! Very frustrating! But AMAZON agreed to overnight the replacement cable…still it is interesting that I’m the second person to receive the incorrect item when ordering this cable! See other review.

The product works great and for the price, it is a great deal. I had bought a Canon HG10 and the brand name cables from Sony/Canon were all over fifty bucks! So I used to use the component video to watch images. After I got this cable, what a difference it makes to see pure HD on the TV! No need to hesitate buying this product. One thing I noticed was that the C-end of the cable didn’t fit smugly into the camcorder end, but there was no problem in the video output.

Product usually works. Sometimes there are white lines, but if I tighten the connection and push the wire really in, then it works.
2 Stars Did NOT work for Canon Vixia HF-100
If you are looking for a mini-HDMI cable to output HD video from your Canon Vixia HF-100 camcorder to your hi-def television, this is NOT the cable for you (either that, or I just got a lemon). I tried to use this cable to connect my HF-100 to my HDTV, but it did not work. Unlike other reviewers, I found the connections to be secure (no looseness that I experienced), but there was absolutely no video outputted to my television. Just a black screen, as if no video was being transmitted at all. I returned this cable, bought a different one, and it worked perfectly with the same camcorder and same TV. So I chalk up the problem to this cable, for what it’s worth.
1 Star Didnt Work With Dony HDR-SR11
It simply did not work right with the HDR-SR11 HandyCam.
I was able to get it working for 10 seconds by holding the cable “Just So” but it did not fit snugly into the miniHDMI on the camera
Maybe it was just mine.. but I order a better (read more expensive) one instead
1 Star You get what you pay for
Most of the HDMI cables at best buy start in the $60+ range, so when I saw this one for under $20, I thought, “a cable is a cable is a cable,” right? Wrong! This cable simply doesn’t work. The cable maybe alright, but the connections are cheap and so I experienced a lot of video drops-outs and then complete lack of video. It is going back to whence it came.

5 Stars Beautifully made cable
I was really surprised when I got these cables; they are really nice looking… much better than I hoped for. I have them plugged into my DVD player and Sony receiver and they work great. If I saw these in a store, I’d expect them to cost $12 – $15 at least. They are as thick and heavy a cable as any I’ve used. They seem really well made. I’m really impressed with these cables.
